In class this week we talked about adding detail to our writing. After watching the Lion Kings opening scene, we practiced adding detail to it that described what was happening. Now you are going to get that opportunity again with a different movie. Remember that the hardest part about writing is just getting started. Once you put something on paper, it is much easier to go back and edit (fix) it.
Your assignment this week is to watch the below clip and write a description of the scene. Remember, the more detail you provide, the more clear a picture you paint in the readers mind.

When I saw that video it made me think that the pink panther pulls pranks on that police officer really easily and also it looks like the pink panthers pranks works all the time to the police officer. The pink panther probably does it at the right time making that prank or it could be traps that the pink panther is doing to the police officer, and the pink panther is very very sneaky.

ReplyDeleteThe pink panther scene was about a panther and a detective. It started off with the pink panther wearing a hat. Then the pink panther brings out a barrel of smoke and then the detective comes out and starts looking for the pink panther. Next some words come up behind the detective and the detective throws his hands up in the air and turns around. After that the detective karate chops the words. Then his hand gets red and he bounces around. Next the pink panther rolls a bomb that looks like a soccer ball. Then the detective gets out his gun and points it at the soccer ball. After that the ball bounces away. Then he spins his gun around in his hand then shoots him self. Next the pink panther skates around and puts the detective on an x made out of light. Then the detective moves away and words fall on him. Then the pink panther hops on the the in the words.Next the detective tries to find the pink panther . Then he turns into 3 detectives and they still can't find him. Next the words drive away with the pink panther on the words. Next a small car drives up with the detective inside of the car. Then the detective tries to get out of the car and gets his foot stuck. Next he presses a button on the car remote and the car drives forward and the detective gets hit by the car. Then the pink panther joins him and they start to dance. Finally the dancing is over and the detective pulls his gun out and points it at the pink panther. Next the pink panther slaps the detective and the detective runs after him and carries a bunch of flowers. Then the detective walks past all the prisoners he has caught. Then the pink panther spray paints a blue wall with a name on the wall. Next the pink panther acts like a composer and musical notes fly every where and the detective gets wrapped up in the paper the music is on. Next the pink panther takes the detectives suite and the detective walks out of a door naked. Then the detective is looking for the pink panther threw a hand lends and burns his foot.Then the pink panther comes up and blows on the detectives shoulder. The detective turns around and burns another name. In that, a little piece of fire he steps (the detective) he falls under the level of ground passes the pink panther and some ladies the pink panther is standing with the falls threw that level of ground. After that the pink panther and the girls roasted hot dogs from the fire the came up from the detectives crash. Next the detective put up a sign of the pink panther and in the sign the pink panther starts to dance. Then the detective hops into the poster and gets stuck there.Then the pink panther blows the poster away, then puts on some shades and snaps.
In the begining the Panther is dancing with his cane and snaps.Then he pulls a fog machine and the police uses a flashlight and makes it through the fog.After that the police bumps his back on the words and chops the letters in half and then his hand gets swollen.Next the Panther throws a soccer ball bomb at the cop but the cop shoots it then he puts the gun in his pants and shoots it.Then the Panther puts the cop in spotlight and the cop avoids it.Next the words The Pink Panther pops up and the Panther is at the top and three cops appear.Then the cop gets off and the Panther drives it and the cop drives his mini van pup and gets out then he pushes a button and the car runs him over. After that the cop karate chops the air and then the Panther comes and dances with him.Then the cop gets a gun but the Panther slaps him and walks away through a line of Panthers and the Panther has to hold one.Next the Panther spray paints the wall and then makes music wrap around the cop.Then the Panther steals the cops clothes and the cop walks out but runs in and then the cop burns his feet and some words when the Panther breathes on him. Then the cop falls through the hole and fire zooms up while the Panther roost hot dogs.Then the cop puts up a missing Panther poster but it is the Panther then he climbs in the poster and the Panther gets out and blows the missing sign away.Finally he puts on sunglasses and snaps then it ends.

ReplyDeleteThere was a beautiful Pink Panther diamond spinning around while sparkling brightly. There was a very nice tune to what the panther does, he is very sneaky, the music goes along with that kind of behavior. (mischievous behavior). The panther has a purple hat and cane he started dancing to the music, his tail curling and curving to the music, the Pink Panther snaps. He weals in some kind of fan that sends off smoke intot he air. A man comes in carrying a flashlight. He karate chops all of the words on the screen that spell out a Shawn Levy film. His hand swells up from karate chopping the words. He runs away then comes back. A soccer ball rolls toward him. Then he figures out the soccer ball is a soccer bomb. The bomb bounces away. He seems very proud of himself and swings the gun in two circles around his finger. And then by accident of course, he shoots himself. The Pink Panther drives away on the letters of the screen as if it were a car. The man climbs out the window of his little crammed car. The panther distracts the man by dancing with him gently then they dance fast, then slow, then fast again. The man realizes the animal he was dancing with was not a human it was the panther, so he holds out his gun. The panther smacks the gun and walks away. The man was confused. The man gets flowers out of his jacket and chases the panther. The panther goes through a door. Then comes out. The man completely nude. The man looks at his foot with a magnifying glass, it gets really hot and burns his foot. The panther comes up behind the man upside down. The man can not find the panther so, he puts up a missing panther sign. The sign starts to dance. The man looks behind the sign to see if anyone is there. There is not. Then he gets trapped inside the sign., The panther comes up and blows the sign away with his mouth. Then puts on glasses and snaps.

Then he karate-chops the words on the screen and smiles, his hand swells up and he starts jumping all about in pain. The pink panther rolls out a soccer ball that is a bomb, the police officer points his gun to the ball then the fuse stops burning. Next, he then puts the gun back into his pocket and that is when the gun fires off, to his surprise. After that, the police officer drives into the screen in a tiny Smart car and tries to get out but he gets stuck and eventually gets out. He tries to lock the car using the remote key and the car runs over him and he goes flopping into the air, falling back on the floor with a thump. The pink panther walks by and starts doing the tango with the police officer and the police officer appears to be hipnotized then he does the tango with the panther too. The officer tries to shoot the panther with a gun but the panther slaps the officer then walks away. The officer pulls out flowers and follows the panther, he then walks into a police station recognition and keeps moving. A musician writes a part of a song and it gets of the paper and wraps around the police officer. The pink panther walks by wearing the police officer's uniform then walks into a door. The police officer walks out of that same room while he is naked, he then realizes he has no clothes then runs back into the room. The police officer walks by again with a magnifying glass then burns his foot because of the light on the glass. He starts magnifying words on the screen when the panther distracts him and the words burn up. The police officer starts stomping on the burned up words and falls into a hole where the pink panther is dressed up with some ladies and the police officer falls down another level when fire from the fire place next to the hole moves into that hole to create a bigger fire down below where the officer is. The officer fires up from the hole and the panther and ladies roast weenies on that fire. The police officer puts up a poster that says MISSING and a picture of the pink panther on it. The panther starts moving in the poster and the officer gets drawn into it while the real panther, now outside of the poster, walks up to the it and blows it away. The panther puts on sunglasses and snaps. That is my description!

THe light goes on in pink panther he snaps and looks back.He brings something that smoke is comingout of it.Someone with a flashlight out of the smoke and bumos into some intruduction letters and throws the flash light up high in the air also brakes the with a karate chop his hand becomes bigger and red he blows it and jumps around.A ball comes rolling toward him it tousches him he puts the gun to it and the fire went off (its realy supposed to be a bomb).The ball runs away bouncing the police officer spins his gun and shoot hi pants.Pink panther puts him in a light with a cross the police man runs but the letters came on top of him.He tries to find him but hi is allways on the top then the letters run away.The police man came with asmart car his tightly fitting he jumps out he puts the lock or his car and the car just runs away.He starts to doing karate moves.Pink panther comes over and starts dancing the flamenco dance then the officer points a gun toward pink P. he just slaps him and walks away the police officer brings out flowers and runs behind him.The police officer walks through many pink P.s and the bone one falls the real pink P. helps him.then pink panther sprays the wall and uses his tail to put a detail.He stands ina buket and holds a stick the notes start to go away.And goes around the officer crumples him up.P.P. comes out of a door with a diguise walks straight and goes ina door the officer comrs with no clothes and they blured hi part.The officer brings a handlends and bur ns hi own feet and the letters on top of him he steped and went down trroug few floors.FIRE comes up from the hole and P.P. burns mashumallous with it.Then he posts aposter of P.P. missing but it starts to move and dances tap dance the officer tries to go in and he goes in and P.P. comes inand blows the poster and he puts sun glasses on and the end.
ReplyDeleteThe inspector tries many times to catch the pink panther but it does not work. Every time the inspector tries to trick the pink panther the pink panther out smarts him. In the end the inspector puts up a sign that says "missing Pink Panther". He saw the pink panther dancing in the poster and then the inspector goes into the poster to catch the pink panther but gets stuck. The pink panther grabbed the paper and blew on it and blew it away. Pink Panther WINS :)

The Pink Panther tries to escape, so he threw a soccer ball with a dynamite on it. The inspector had a gun that shot it so it wouldn't blow up. Then he put the gun in his pocket then his pants got burned. The Pink Panther moves swiftly from one place to another and always seems to escape the inspector. The inspector had a long hat with blue, black and yellow buttons on it, and he was wearing a blue coat with matching yellow buttons. During the scene, the names of the actors and directors were on there, and they played with the letters of the names on the screen. The music was mainly the Pink Panther theme song, and the video was animated. The background was dark blue then it fades into light blue, then back to dark blue. I think this will be a funny movie based on the introduction scene that I just saw.

She made it. she was surfing through a wave. she made it all the way through the wave. The time is up. they are about to say the winner. the winner is the other girl. but she was still proud of herself.
My description is... The light shines down on the pink panther as he puts on his hat.The police man is on the run to get pink panther in jail.As pink panther gets on the words as his car the tiny police man gets into his car and somehow he can't get out of it.Some how the pink panther and the police man start salsa dancing, and it just gets all weird.When the police man tries to shoot pink panther, pink panther slaps him silly.After that there are all of these copies of the pink panther in jail only pink panther isn't there.Then pink panther spray paints something on the wall, and starts being the head person in the orchestra.When the pink panther walks out with police man's clothes on it gets kinda funny, because then the police man walks out with no clothes on.Finally the pink panther gets into a missing poster and starts tap dancing (just like me!!!) then he gets the police man in the poster, and blows the poster away. ReplyDeleteThis video is the start of a movie about the Pink Panther. You see the Pink Panther in the beginning carrying a machine that makes a lot of steam. Then you notice a police officer that comes out of the steam. He is looking for the Panther with a flash light but can't seem to find him. For example, the Pink Panther rolls a soccer ball to the police officer and it changes into a bomb. He also gets away on roller-skates. Every time the police officer is close, the Pink Panther changes everything and he gets away. He also tricks the police officer in dancing with him. Then the police officer realizes he is being tricked and points a gun at the Pink Panther. By the end of the movie, the Pink Panther pretends to be a conductor. the music pages start to move and they catch the police officer. The funniest part is when the Pink Panther walks into a door in a police officer uniform. The police officer then walks out the same door but he is naked! Well, the police officer never catches the Pink Panther. He puts up a sign "missing" but the Panther changes the pictures and the police officer ends up in it and then it blows away...
