Sorry for the delay, but we are up and running once more. This week we begin the "new look" of our classroom. This post is dedicated to you the student. ReplyDeleteI know this is supposed to be our homework, but I felt like doing it here at the library. I would like to read more books, and work on our writing.I'd like to do challenges more often, and I want to write more show-not-tells (in a contest). I would like to learn about the economy, stocks & the stock market,the postal system, more Texas history, and ways to write leads,and a lot more. Our writing will improve, and when it does, I'd like to write our own stories (and choose the topic, which should be on ANYTHING, not just a personal narrative). (Books inspire me. Eragon inspired me to write my own story with superior skills) I would also like you (Mr. Dickson) to make contests (not SNTs in this case) where you write, and whoever wins gets something.The classroom looks great (in colors, I can't think of anything to change there), and the learning inside should, and will, be much greater. I hope we hall have a good learning year, with lots of fun (while learning). These are my thoughts.

ReplyDeletesince Mr.Dickson says we cant use the extra pencils because are pencils arnt sharpend and there woont be any left to use.so we can buy a sharpener or ask a friend.
ReplyDeleteI think that we can make and keep our room clean by simply throwing trash in the trash can and not leave/put things on the ground.

i say "no,no,no,no" because my face is hot potato
i dont really have any changes to the classroom, its just that i would like to put the picture books with the chapter books or somewhere near there because they're mixed with your teaching books and whenever someone wants to use them they have to open the sqeueking closet to get it. thats pretty much it. if i have some more ill tell you on 1/13.
